Attempted B Class assessment.

[edit]

B1) If you cannot supply cites for everything, delete uncited material. Alternatively, at least close every paragraph with a cite for its entirety.

B2) The lead is so scanty it fails to establish notability of the subject. In the body, he's a bestselling author and decorated hero. None of that notability is mentioned in the lead. In fact, the lead mentions very little. You need to extend the lead into a summary of the body.

B4) Why are random phrases italicized throughout the text?

You have the writing ability. Now you have to master wiki markup. Not to worry. The basics are not that difficult. Even this techno-Luddite has learned them.Georgejdorner (talk) 04:09, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate all the help and advice, thank you!! I have made a couple of edits, could you kindly go through them, assess the article and if the grade is changed to please reflect it on the AFC class as well, thank you again. Delta fiver (talk) (UTC) 14:37, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Nicely done! Reassessment to B Class above. In the future, you might want to drop a note on a helpful fellow editor's Talk page. Usually, I don't check my backtrail because I am on to the next thing, so you were lucky I noticed your changes. I remain available for advice and suggestions.Georgejdorner (talk) 00:40, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I see, I will be sure to do so in the future, thank you very much!! Delta fiver (talk) (UTC) 07:02, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Requested Anonymity of the subject

[edit]

I would request future editors, to not include the subject's real name in the article, even though it is mentioned in a reference as they have requested to remain anonymous. Delta fiver (talk) (UTC) 07:10, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
