Disambiguate from author of the Cochin State Manual?

[edit]

Does anyone have any advice on disambiguating this article from the person of same name who wrote the Cochin State Manual in 1911? For the time being I made his redlink C. Achutha Menon (Cochin), though that doesn't help much since both are from Cochin. Is the 1911 author's first name also "Chelat"? Any help making at least a stub for the 1911 author?
