I'm not a wikipedia author and don't want to be one right now. But perhaps someone should consider another definition and possible link for CDO, "Confronting and dismantling oppression." I just ran into that meaning at a theatre in Berkeley, CA, and it seems to "be a thing." See this page. I can supply a printed program where the term is freely used, without definition.
