Removed the information regarding Aklavik being the first name of Inuvik. This information is untrue. Inuvik has only ever been named Inuvik.

this was posted in the article; it seems to be a personal anecdote. I have removed it and replaced it here, because it is interesting but 'original research': " CHAK was on the air way before 1960 supported by, I believe, the RCAF. I worked at the station together with the daughter of the manager of the Hudson Bay store in 1950 or '51. We proudly announced the station as "CHAK, the friendly voice of the Arctic."
