This page should not be speedy deleted as an unnecessary disambiguation page, because I intended to create the page Cooperative Investigation of the Caribbean and Adjacent Regions (CICAR)" which has the same aconym CICAR as the existing page Cooperative Institute for Climate Applications and Research.
