There are specific criteria that non-free images or logos need to meet in order to be used in a particular article. More specifically there are 10 criteria and all 10 need to be satisfied or the image can be removed per WP:NFCCE. In addition, there are also certain cases where use a non-free content such as images/logos is considered unacceptable per WP:NFC#Unacceptable use. One of these is WP:NFTABLES which says that "The use of non-free images arranged in a gallery or tabular format is usually unacceptable, but should be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions should be very well-justified and alternate forms of presentation (including with fewer images) strongly considered." If the logos were essential to improving the reader's understanding per WP:NFCC#8 because they were the subject of critical commentary, then perhaps they could be used. Simply using them for decorative purposes just to show the image, however, is not really a valid exception. - Marchjuly (talk) 02:03, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
