I have just removed the notability tag from the CoDeSys page. Why?

1. This page is definitely sufficiently notable and the content of general interest: CoDeSys is the widest-spread device-independent IEC 61131-3 programming system under Windows and is used by several thousand end users worldwide
2. CoDeSys plays an important role in research and education. Many schools, colleges and universities have added CoDeSys courses to their standard curriculum
3. I have added literature references to underline this

I added the "This section is worded like an advertisement" box on the page. My suggestion would be to start by removing stretched facts and salesman speak, such as the terms "over" "well-known" "thousands of" "all sorts" "the leading" "single identical" "full interoperability" "guaranteed" "come together" "regular workshops" "to further the" "a worldwide". After that step, adding citations would be of benefit. Krushia (talk) 23:03, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The first link in references gives a "Link Expired" answer back. I'm about to remove it. Can anyone provide another source for that? IlBeso (talk) 08:09, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
