About Patient 1

@Nguyen QuocTrung:. I believe that Patient 01 was 65 years old at the time. According to The New England Journal of Medicine, the patient was 65 years old, confirmed by the doctors treating him. Most other sources, I think, only assumed he was 66. The article from VnExpress (https://vnexpress.net/dich-viem-phoi-corona/hai-nguoi-viem-phoi-vu-han-cach-ly-tai-benh-vien-cho-ray-4046299.html) only confirmed that he was born in 1954. Due to doctor-patient confidentiality, media outlets were unable to know the exact date of birth, so they assumed he was 66 (2020-1954). Yet, not everyone was born between 01/01 and 23/01. However, the doctors had access to his personal information. The paper was written by doctors from Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City and Cho Ray Hospital,^[1] and I think it is more reliable than most media outlets.

How to add data metric to bar chart for: COVID-19 cases in Vietnam

Currently:

1. The chart displays data for # of (total) cases and the percentage change. 2. The chart does not display numerical data for: active cases (instead this is represented by bar length). 3. Numerical data can be known by mouseover of the bar.

Proposal:

1. It may be relevant and useful to see numerical data for: % change in active cases (to be displayed within the bar). Also, users may not be aware that this data is available by mouseover.
