"Cubone Q*Bert Cappelletti"[edit]

Is this a real thing at all? The links go to the separate pages for the respective Pokemon, game, and pasta shape, and the phrases "Cubone Q*Bert Cappelletti" or "Cubone Q*Bert Cappelletti, the three core tenets of design." exist only on this redirect page or other sites that have copied the entire text of the redirect page, so I can't even identify it as an obviously-joke reference to something.
