Comment about me in edit summary

Just noting that I've been watching this page for quite a while, although my first edit was only in early May. Given that I am one of those editors that is on Wikipedia several hours a day, there's nothing 'creepy' about my editing it 11 hours after another editor. And I'm happy with the change from 'disputed' to 'controversial', it was a tossup for me which to use. Dougweller (talk) 17:39, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

Virtually complete rewrite in November 2013

I missed this. With this edit[1] the page was virtually completely rewritten, with the edit summary "Deleted all content except the introductory sentence in order to ensure proper flow of the page, and the process was easier to write from scratch. Headings were added to organize the page, and information and citations were added to each section". Dougweller (talk) 15:48, 19 January 2014 (UTC)

Inconsistency

"Several inches of sand lie between the Clovis-era deposit and a lower level. This lower level, attributed to a pre-Clovis time period, includes: Two Clovis points. "

Later, it notes the points bear similarities to Solutrean and Clovis Points, but are not concretely either. As they predate the oldest documented Clovis Point, this seems to need some clarification.Mzmadmike (talk) 10:51, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
