Removed sentence from "Differences from SimCity" section

The sentence was:

SimCity eventually offered historical city graphics to overlay its game engine but the underlying user interface and growth simulation remained unchanged.

The original edit in 2005 did not have the "eventually". Either way, it seems like this sentence should be about Caesar and not SimCity. However, I don't know much about Caesar, so I opted to simply remove the sentence.

Eh, I decided to restore the sentence and replace "SimCity" with "Caesar" because that's probably what the original editor intended.
