Refs for murder trial
Employee at Starbucks identified him despite short hair; held without bail, plus the prospect of deportation from the USA.

Arraignment, new photo (with short hair) and mention of survellance videos of him with the murder victim and of prior misdemeanors and felonies in Canada, plus the prospect of deportation from the USA:

- Oh, right, i had forgotten that. Okay, here is essentially the same story, word-for-word, and with the same mugshot photo, from philly.com, the online arm of the Philadelphia Inquirier, which is a relaible source per wikipedia:

Need an image!
Since I'd imagine that there are people coming to check this that are friends of McGillvary, I'd like to ask that if anyone has a fair use image that can be used at the top of the article as a way of visually identifying him, we could use one. There's a mugshot, but I'm not sure if that's usable under fair use- especially since WP:MUG discourages usage of such photos. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 08:26, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
