PROD removal[edit]

PROD concern stated as "The clinic no longer exists and is now owned by Marie Stopes. Therefore, this article is no longer relevant nor accurate. Furthermore, the clinic's name infringes UK Trade Mark No. 2337004B CALTHORPE. There is a genuine risk that users may confuse this clinic as being owned by the owners of UK Trade Mark No. 2337004B CALTHORPE, who provide similar services. The owners of the UK mark would prefer not to be associated with this article and would request the page be removed."

Notability is not temporary, so if the clinic now has another name, the article can be edited to reflect that. The origin of the name is explained in the article. Whether the clinic is notable or not by Wikipedia standards should be established (as the first clinic exclusively for abortions, it may well be), and if it is, another organisation having a similar name is not a reason for deletion.
