When I can, I will pick up Calvin Jones' biography. He was outstanding--just had the misfortune of not being from the current generation where athletes are chronicled so well on Wikipedia through the ranks in the NCAA. Jones suffered from a knee injury while playing in Japan when Nebraska faced Kansas in a 1992 game abroad. That injury re-surfaced for Calvin later in his playing days for Nebraska (1993 opener with North Texas). Jones' production fell after that injury--and it spilled over into his NFL career which was very short, brief. Before the injury, Jones was a beast! My older brother called him a "Haus" after he ran for 116 yards against Oklahoma in 1991. I will pick up his story soon. Rod Hayes (talk) 03:06, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
