Lock this page down[edit]

This page needs to be revised and locked down. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.119.217.245 (talk) 16:53, 3 March 2007 (UTC).[reply]

It's fine now, hasn't been vandalized in a while (compared to how often it used to get vandalized). There's no need to "lock it down". It isn't vandalized constantly, then maybe it would be "locked down". It's fine as it is. Bsroiaadn 17:00, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The page is, in fact, semi-locked down. --Xyzzyplugh 14:28, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

trivia "semi-wrong"[edit]

while it may be true that the Blues sportscaster called Cam the first st. louisian to play in the NHL, it is not a factual statement. due to the fact that the statement quoated is non-factual (even though it may have been said and may represent trivia) i'd like to see a notation about one of the earlier st louis born nhl'ers :) maybe, oh, Landon Wilson, perhaps someone like the hall of famer, Pat LaFontaine. It would be hard to read the Cam Janssen entry without coming away thinking Cam is the first St Louis NHL'er unless the reader already had prior knowledge of the history of St. Louis hockey.

"Growing up in St. Louis, I always played for the love of the game and never dreamed this could ever lead to my being a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame." --- Pat LaFontaine —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Childhoodtrauma (talkcontribs) 16:54, 15 May 2007 (UTC).Childhoodtrauma 16:56, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for clearing that up. John Kelly (The Announcer) isn't the brightest guy in the world, anyway. Erryday I'm 04:09, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation[edit]

There is a fictional childrens' book character called Cam Jansen (One 's') created by David A. Adler.
I don't think it is such a source of confusion that it needs a disambiguation page, but one of those little badges/templates at the top of the page that says something like 'Not to be confused with [Similar-Sounding Article (linked)], a [provides description of topic].' would be helpful.
I am a newb/noob/n00b/n3wb, so I don't know how to do that. Also, I could not find a help topic about it without knowing what it is called.
So if someone could add the badge/template, or give me a link telling me how to add it (or tell me themselves), or just tell me what that is called, it would be appreciated.
Thanks.
