98%?

Someone I know is taking a course in preperation for this test. The teacher told her that under the recent changes to the rules she must get 98% of all questions right and that she cannot get even 1 question wrong on the subjects of government, voting, and citizeship responsibilities.

This is at odds with the current state of the article and I cannot find anything on the internet that says this. Does anybody know anything about it? Chillum (Need help? Ask me) 03:15, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
