Article Issues

[edit]

On the article, it has template messages about the article written like an advertisement, need for verification, and relies too much on sources close to the subject. Which parts specifically are the messages referring to? Imbluey2 (talk) 13:35, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Imbluey2 The first concern is that it includes information that is not significant while being promotional. Secondly, many parts of the article does not have a citation next to it. For the the concern Over 6 out 10 sources listed are just the school's website.
This paragraph is uncited:
"This School was established in 1990 as a university preparatory day school and was named the Canadian Overseas College, but subsequently changed its name to the Canadian International School. In its first year, the school opened with a population of only six high school students and six staff members. Today, the Canadian International School has two campuses – the Lakeside campus in Singapore's west (Nursery to Grade 12), and the Tanjong Katong campus in the east (Nursery to Grade 6)."
The section "CIS curriculum and faculty" not necessary or significant and is only cited to the schools website. It should be removed imo. RoostTC(please ping me when replying) 01:21, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
