  • Mindmatrix, review follows: New article nominated within the time frame, long enough, no copyvio, article is well referenced. QPQ carried out (three years ago). My spotcheck checks out, hook is verified, though I think rephrasing the hook to 'often had a waiting list' would read a little better and be more accurate to the sourcing.
