Electoral history table - have entry 1 be oldest year rather than youngest year[edit]

As says in title, adding 2019 required renumbering every year before. As more elections occur this will get worse. Reversing the number hopefully should work, just simply placing year 1 at the bottom of the table etc. Unless if 1949 isn't the first election, renumbering every year shouldn't be a problem as there are no older elections for Newf and Lab while as part of Canada.
