Stuff[edit]

As people keep on changing the title thread to say that it was only called Capcom Fighting Jam in Japan:

http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=srmr&page=title&r=XBOX&title=667539 - Play.com, a UK online store. http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0006FNV6Y/qid=1130138643/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/302-6883448-0190405 - Amazon.de http://www.gameswarehouse.com.au/longpage.asp?gameid=11111 - a random Australian store.

Forgive me if I missed when the UK, Germany and Australia (and other PAL territories) became part of Japan. As far as I know, it's only called Capcom Fighting Evolution in North America.

(I did move the article to Capcom Fighting Jam because that seems to be it's name in more of the world, but it got moved back, so I'm mostly just trying to keep it so that the article does at least acknowledge that Europe has these new fangled video games).

This game is called Capcom Fighting Jam, Capcom Fighting Evolution is only used in America. Jet Grind Radio's article is called Jet Set Radio because America is the exception. Will someone with the knowlegde to do so change this Article's name and make Capcom Fighting Evolution a redirect?!

  • I did do that once, but it got reverted back (it did lead to a redirect being created for it). I was having enough trouble getting the name right in the article I gave up on getting the page moved (this was over a year ago though)... FredOrAlive 12:51, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV?[edit]

For some reason the USA title appears to be taking undue weight. Surely the article should reflect the country of origin? This also happens to be the title which has the most worldwide sales. The artwork for both the game and soundtrack all say Capcom Fighting Jam, the article title should be changed to reflect this — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.226.49.228 (talk) 07:38, 5 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Supers[edit]

Does anyone have a list of the supers? I can't find any for Pyron, Akuma, and Shin-Akuma. Are they the only unlockables?

This is not the place to make an inquery for that, my friend. Try Gamefaqs. Hope that helps. -ZeroTalk 19:09, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is no Akuma in Capcom Fighting Evolution; only Shin Akuma. 71.222.88.249 19:25, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Release dates[edit]

Do we really need that many? --elias.hc 19:20, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Link colors[edit]

Why do the links appear dark red here, instead of blue? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 201.9.181.92 (talk) 15:30, 10 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

The article is going to be renamed.[edit]

For info, this Japanese game is called Capcom Fighting Evolution in one country (the USA), and is known as Capcom Fighting Jam IN EVERY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. For this reason it has to be renamed.

Title[edit]

As in the discussion above, the game *IS* called Capcom Fighting Jam. This was the title in its initial release in native Japan, and in every other country around the world except for one. undo. And change of title represents npov and will always be reverted. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.15.222.66 (talk) 09:18, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
