Wealthiest town?[edit]

Hey, how about a reference for calling this the wealthiest town in Maine? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skifree47 (talkcontribs) 02:33, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Can you prove that this is the wealthiest town in Maine? Kennedunkport is high and mighty as well, you may want to varify that. Livin' Large 04:26, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I really don't believe Kennebunkport is even a contender. The area most often compared to Cape Elizabeth vis-a-vis affluence is Falmouth Foreside, just one section of Falmouth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.69.195.102 (talk) 00:29, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

SAT scores[edit]

And how about some reference for the SAT scores etc.? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skifree47 (talkcontribs) 02:38, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I have never seen this published. Wishful thinking? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skifree47 (talkcontribs) 03:06, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

CEHS ROCKS! Nicole Lynn 04:22, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Livin' Large 04:26, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Haven't seen a good source of comparative SAT scores for many years. The last one I saw had Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Falmouth, and Yarmouth all clustered together and above other Maine school districts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.69.195.102 (talk) 00:29, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

I need some help here. I'm trying to revert the vandalism, but every version I try has some form of vandalism. Is there anybody here more familiar with the subject/article who can help me out?--Bongwarrior 02:14, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted back to the version by Goodnightmush from April 14, 2007. I'm sorry if I inadvertently wiped out any non-vandalism, but it was a real mess. Feel free to double check my work.--Bongwarrior 02:30, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Nearly a year and a half later, this continues to be a vandalism magnet. Good article to watchlist. JNW (talk) 04:43, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

83% population decline?[edit]

What happened between the 1890 and 1900 census that reduced the town's population by more than 80%? Kestenbaum (talk) 04:52, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Found the answer: South Portland was broken off into a separate town in 1895. Kestenbaum (talk) 04:54, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
