Article title[edit]

This article title is nonsense, an article titled capital punishment in the Czech Republic is like rotary dial telephones in 2011. There'd be nothing wrong imo in merging this and Capital punishment in Slovakia to Capital punishment in Czechoslovakia, where something can at least actually be said about the article's subject than "there ain't none" and then everything else containing past states that aren't the Czech Republic/Slovakia. - filelake shoe 09:29, 24 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
