This article was written in response to the request made in the Design (Metal Craft - People) section of the Requested Articles page. Carl Aubock is the name of the four members of the family involved in the Aubock workshop. I decided to include all of them in one article because there are few sources that talked about one or two of them in detail. Darwin Naz (talk) 02:08, 31 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Darwin Naz, wondering if you might still have information about the user who initially requested the article creation? I'm trying to help preserve some (beautiful) images on Commons that have been uploaded incorrectly by someone who may actually own the rights. Please see this and this (cross posting). Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Cl3phact0 (talk) 07:41, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. The request was made a long time ago and, unfortunately, the list gets updated so I have no way of getting hold of the user who suggested the article. Thanks for your interest. :) Darwin Naz (talk) 08:21, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, that's what I suspected. Thought I'd give it a go just the same. Nice article too. The multi-generational Carl's riddle is handled very elegantly too, in my view (as Dr. Seuss could've penned the Auböck family tree). -- Cl3phact0 (talk) 18:26, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
