Hi. The entire second paragraph seems to be copied from that source, which does not seem to be public domain or compatibly licensed but asserts copyright. Pending the promised rewrite, I have removed the paragraph in question. Wikipedia's copyright policy is clear that we can only use non-free content in accordance with non-free content guidelines.
