Update - after further analysis, I don't think this article is ready. The biggest issue is that it doesn't appear to meet criteria 3a. For example, for a nearly 150 year old station, there is very little mentioned in the way of the station's history. The description of the station is rather short too. I would recommend taking a look at other railway station GAs, such as Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall/Chambers Street station, which I just reviewed. Is there any reason why all four bus routes are not named in the lead?

Spell out "Flinders Street railway station" in the last lead sentence.

Description

Different figures of the distance to the Flinders Street station than those in the lead.

Any information on the pre-construction background of this station?

When did construction begin?

Surely there were other changes and renovations that took place between 1879 and the present that are worth mentioning?
