This is an accurate depiction of the character Billy Ray. I was suprised that no one had info on him already.

I would like to know why you disapprove of the post.

This is what's called an "in-universe" article. You haven't told anyone what fictional universe it is part of -- putting "Wild Cards" in the title isn't sufficiently informative, it needs internal links and an explanation that this is a fictional character. Right now it reads like you think this is a real person, which is why it was tagged. It makes perfect sense to you, because you're familiar with the source, but it doesn't make sense to the average reader. (Like me -- I've never heard of this TV program, or book, or anime, or film, or whatever it is.) Look at other articles for fictional characters and check out how they explain to the reader what they're part of. If you have questions, leave a note on my talk page.
