Discussion[edit]

I removed the photo, because either that is not Carole Landis, or it is not the 1960s, inasmuch as Carole Landis died in 1948. Deleted photo:

Carole Landis You are right. That link will lead directly to the photograph. Landis committed suicide in 1948 as per IMDB.--Dakota 22:23, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have reinstated the photo it is Carole Landis although the date should be 1940s. Arniep 22:38, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Excellent photo. She had more than one appearance during the War so 1940s is probably as accurate as possible. 2005 23:45, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Carole Landis on Duffy's Tavern[edit]

I don't really know what I'm doing here...but I just hope this info makes it to the appropriate Powers That Be. But in the section of this article, Carole Landis's radio appearances, you should also include the April 11, 1944 episode of Duffy's Tavern, "Carole Landis Talks about Women in the Workforce." I can get you a like to an .mp3 of the show, if you'd like.Bill Abendroth (talk) 21:29, 5 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Let's try to be a little consistent.[edit]

"Jacqueline Susann, with whom she evidently fell in love " Check the Susann article, where her friends dismiss this and other rumors. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.127.236.196 (talk) 19:10, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
