The concept of Europe as a cultural sphere appeared in that period. However it did not included the semi-Asiatic Orthodox world neither the territories of Islam.--Pharaph (talk) 05:05, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You can put this in the page's talk. What is central to the Carolingian Renaissance should be inserted into the lead (also should summarize article). And your edits didn't include this. Aside from the other issues I put up earlier. Danial Bass (talk) 17:40, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you think that the birth of Europe as cultural sphere and thinking about European culture are not important? BEfore Alcuin of York created that idea, Europe was just a vague geographical term, without any deeper intellectual meaning.--Pharaph (talk) 19:26, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't say it's not important. I said it's not directly related to the Carolinian Renaissance. I inserted the text, but not on the lead, that's not the place it should be. You can see it in the page. And you should reply at that page's talk page. This isn't the space Danial Bass (talk) 19:43, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Have you read the 16 points on the blog? --Pharaph (talk) 05:40, 27 July 2023 (UTC) Danial Bass (talk) 07:09, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
