Merging of article[edit]

It has been suggested that this article be merged.

  • Oppose Well sourced article. Ikip (talk) 06:37, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You're opposing the merge that you suggested?? Is this a joke? Doctorfluffy (robe and wizard hat) 06:48, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose merge as article concerns a character with multiple appearances, i.e. no clear redirect location and as there is actually sufficient sources available where a GA is not unrealistic. Sincerely, --A NobodyMy talk 17:47, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose I do not know this work, but there do seem to be sources. As I read the page history, Ikip suggested discussing the merge, not suggested the merge. He was right to do so. What was not ll that right is boldly trying a merge like this without discussion. DGG (talk) 04:35, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If he was born in Nova Scotia that makes him Canadian so I changed the info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.227.148.229 (talk) 03:45, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is obviously faked information that was added to this site. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.16.251.141 (talk) 02:26, 29 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sources?[edit]

Ryback's lineage, parentage and early history aren't mentioned in the films, but appear in this article without sources. Does anyone know where this information came from? 2.100.200.30 (talk) 15:34, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Biography section[edit]

The entire biography section has no sources, plainly because it is based on watching the films. The section should be significantly trimmed per policy on original research.Princetoniac (talk) 16:02, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

in - universe tag[edit]

Primarily, the tag is put on because this article gives a long and colorful graphic on the many military decorations "earned" by this "naval officer" like he ever lived. Princetoniac (talk) 19:27, 13 January 2017 (UTC) On second thought I am simply going to remove the graphic itself. It seems disrespectful to actual recipients of these honors to list them for a fictional characterPrincetoniac (talk) 17:45, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
