Thanks, but File:Pulaski Monument in Savannah.jpg will never pass fair use rationale, as in - it is relatively easy for someone to go there and take a photo. If you could find a nice quality picture somewhere on the web, we could try asking for free license permission (Wikipedia:Asking for permission). It got archived and in a little while I'll dig it out and add it to my userpage. Have just added photo of monument and placed it under the 'Description' section, (uploaded under fair use) as it seems the 1900 drawing is more suitable for the lede picture. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 22:06, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
