I have noticed that this article contains large blocks of text that have been lifted without any change from "Kars City Guide", a booklet published in 2009. I am not going to rewrite the offending text because the booklet itself is not a suitable source, being both propaganistic and containing many lies and distortions. Unless someone else rewrites it I will remove offending text because it breaks Wikipedia's rules on copyright. Meowy 03:32, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
