Parish versus Town[edit]

May I note that this article is not about the parish. In fact, it is trying to be what it is not: a town. The Portuguese urban dynamic does not presume a city or town of Castro Verde: towns or cities are not legal entities within the Portuguese "Ordanamento do Território" or constitution. Towns, cities, or other urban equivalents are noting more then definitions for administrative purposes. There are no mayors, executive councils, political borders or action plans, and only represent the physical dimension for catchment. You can not define a town in the Portuguese system, because it is either greater than or less than the valid political entities, those being: municipality or civil parish. No towns, unless you wish to identify the population of the urbanized area, the number and types of services or composition of the architectural constructions. Consequently, the content pilfered from the Castro Verde namespaces (Portuguese or English Wikipedia) about history, context or likewise, do not make this article valid.
