Problematic definition[edit]

I re-added the definition which was removed here by Mrbakerfield (talk · contribs). Saying that casualty insurance is insurance covering an "individual or organization's for negligent acts or omissions" is basically meaningless as it describes all insurance. That's the problem. It is is a term that should be deprecated because it doesn't have a well-defined meaning, which causes trouble in statutes and makes things more difficult to organize algorithmically.
