Bias?

[edit]

The controversy section reads as if the author is biased against Cabarrus county. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.

I have re-written the controversy section to appear more neutral. If there are no complaints within a reasonable time period, I will remove the POV tag. --Beware of all enterprises requiring new clothing. (talk) 12:10, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sued?

[edit]

I have read that Southern Carolina is suing Northern Carolina over the amount of water it is draining from this river. Is this true? If so, shouldn't this be mentioned? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.141.118.234 (talk) 01:56, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it is true...except that would be South Carolina v. North Carolina (not Southern & Northern). The case is being considered in the Supreme Court but it could be next summer before a ruling is issued. Case can be seen here. If you would like to add it then go ahead and be bold. Cheers,
