How much has been made?[edit]

How ever billions of pesos spent, there is not much for it. Most of the money has been spent on "road right of way (RROW)", or trousered as usually known. So no money left to buy buses. Good!

It would never work in Cebu anyway. What would work (maybe!) would be a light railway, but more than that, a suspension railway such as now being built in Liuzhou, China and other places. 46.69.62.85 (talk) 17:56, 14 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
