Celebration Day (video)Celebration Day (film)

  • per WP:NCF Relisted. BDD (talk) 18:29, 24 September 2012 (UTC) BOVINEBOY2008 14:19, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Album The release is primarily a video album with a limited theatre run. It's correctly named per WP:ALBUM. —Justin (koavf)TCM 18:07, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
    • Then the {{Infobox film}} needs to be removed. Otherwise it is incorrectly named per WP:NCF. BOVINEBOY2008 13:16, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
      • Response Why? The two aren't mutually exclusive. Why does the film WikiProject take precedence over the album one? —Justin (koavf)TCM 18:40, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
        • It is confusing to have one article follow two conflicting MOS, because as it is, it does not follow MOS:FILM. Can we discuss this at one of the projects' talk page for a wider consensus? BOVINEBOY2008 14:10, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
          • Response Of course, but I don't see who is confused about what... Have you had other users saying that they don't understand this article? —Justin (koavf)TCM 18:36, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
            • No, I'm saying I'm confused because I don't know which MOS to follow. At this point it feels like a mashup of two articles. BOVINEBOY2008 10:01, 20 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Response What is unclear? —Justin (koavf)TCM 16:26, 20 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support In Category:Concert films, (film) is much more predominant. The article could really be either about the film or the album, but right now, it's presented more as a film. --BDD (talk) 18:32, 24 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Response It's going to be a film in theatres for a day but an album forever. —Justin (koavf)TCM 17:40, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
And for that matter, their soundtracks are still out there. Justin, I see where you're coming from, but that's a rather subjective judgment. --BDD (talk) 15:07, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support If it's rearranged to focus on the film first, and it's video release later. Zac (talk · contribs) 19:24, 13 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Couple quick thoughts 1) Is this image essential to the video or article ? and if so then 2) shouldn't it be a better image (as in a better angle) ? Mlpearc (powwow) 15:39, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Image If you think it's a poor image, then I'm fine with removing it. It just makes sense to me that showing the venue would provide context to the reader. —Justin (koavf)TCM 17:39, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed, but I think a better angle ie. aerial front would be better. I'll see if I can dig one up. Mlpearc (powwow) 02:17, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Or maybe that is the front :P Mlpearc (powwow) 02:19, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion[edit]

Instead of edit warring, why don't you just follow the example of what was done for "The Song Remains the Same": create separate articles for the film and the album? 81.83.143.52 (talk) 23:10, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
