Celia Dugger has been the health and science editor of The New York Times since 2015. In 2017, she begin to oversee all health coverage across all sections at The New York Times. Below see citations.

@Westminster88 I work at The New York Times Company. Last summer you took an interest in updating some NYT-associated pages. I'm writing to see if you would consider updating Celia's page. She has been science editor since 2015 (not deputy science editor). The awards section does not mention her livingston award though there is a livingston award banner at the bottom of the page.
