Definition of area[edit]

"openly accessible"?[edit]
In paragraph The Center the media (photographs, postcards, lithographs, etc.) is described as "openly accessible", but the reference isn't clear how intellectual property rights are actually managed? In some cases the material is in the public domain, in other cases probably not, but has/will any material particularly new images be released under a creative commons license?
