Nominal prev compisition

[edit]

I just added the results of the election that just happened. It'd be nice to have the nominal previous compisition of the council, but following the rules given -- adding the mid and south councils together, and doubling -- gives a council with 206 members, rather then 66. (I didn't edit the rules, just changed the existing text to past tense.) If I take the previous councils, and assume the same porportions, I get:

           cons lab ld ind oth
Prev, adj: 46.1 2.6 14.0 2.6 0.6
New      : 54 0 11 1 0
Delta    : +7.9 -2.6 -3 -1.6 -0.6

Does this count as original research?
