"International Journal of Academic Research"[edit]

I've removed this. Looking at the journal's website it claims an impact factor and an award from the same organisation, the "International Institute of Organized Research" (I2OR) which is on Beall's list "of questionable companies that purport to provide valid scholarly metrics at the researcher, article, or journal level."[1] Applying for the awards seems to require a fee and the organisation has a gmail address.[2] Doug Weller talk 13:08, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The initialisms "IFS" and "IFoS"[edit]

I have started a discussion at Talk:Indian Forest Service#Use of the "IFS" and "IFoS" initialisms in an attempt to reach consensus on the usage of the initialisms "IFS" and "IFoS", which are regularly contested. Your contributions on that talk page would be appreciated! ninety:one 23:47, 3 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
