Please avoid editing article without providing appropriate references. Caretaker is a temporary appointment by the government and at present efforts are being made to get a permanent caretaker. Wiki editors please keep an eye on self-advertisements by people including the care taker (Paul Bhutiani and ip address 117.203.242.202). Recent attempts have been made to replace true information with propaganda.
