Semantics[edit]

There's no point in calling it "Student's" union, i.e. to use possesive form. In english, "student union" is a well established concept with this specific spelling used. The alternative could be "student association", with more or less identlical meaning, but with less political connotations.

Also, Royal Institute of Technology uses "student union", so I see no point in making it more complicated to write for Chalmers, and diverging from the general spelling practise in English. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dapiit (talkcontribs) 10:51, 30 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
