World War II service[edit]

Although Dawson served in the Canadian Army and the United States Army during World War II, there are no reliable sources found as of yet state that he served in a war zone while with the United States Army. More specifically, the sources do not establish defining role in World War II while serving with the United States Army. Accordingly, "Category:United States Army personnel of World War II" was removed. "Category:Canadian Army personnel of World War II" remains. Semper Fi!
