First legislative council
[edit]I have removed the following claim Everard was one of the first eighteen appointed in 1839 to South Australia's newly created unicameral Legislative Council,[1]
because (1) the cited reference does not support the claim, (2) his name does not appear on any of the members lists (1836–1843, 1843–1851, 1851–1855, 1855–1857) & (3) his name is not included in tables C, D & E of the statistical record of the Parliament of South Australia. --Find bruce (talk) 03:44, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
