Name change[edit]

I believe this is uncontroversial, but I propose to change the name of this article from Charles Owsley to Charles Henry Owsley to better reflect his common name and to better differentiate him from his son, Charles Frederick Owsley, who I believe is also notable enough to be eligible for an article of his own.
