Precise and concise. Per the WP:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility) guideline and the WP:Article titles policy, article titles should not contain disambiguation when no disambiguation is needed. Surtsicna (talk) 21:36, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support - There is no need to indicate these sovereigns' positions in their regnal titles, as the article ledes provide this context. Moreover, I would like to add that while it appears there are other people named Charles Philip, Maximilian Emanuel, and Maximilian Joseph who have Wikipedia articles, these ruler's regnal numbers should be sufficient to disambiguate them per WP:SMALLDETAILS (and I would be happy to add hatnotes if necessary).
