Field of the Cloth of Gold[edit]

"He is known to have accompanied his father and brothers on many ceremonial occasions, including the The Field of Cloth of Gold, where Henry VIII of England is said to have taken a "particular fancy" to the 10-year old boy."

The Field of the Cloth of Gold took place in 1520, a year and a half before Charles was born. He can't possibly have been present. Has there been a mix-up between the Field of the Cloth of Gold and Henry VIII's trip to France with Anne Boleyn in 1532? Did Charles meet Henry VIII then?193.95.162.29 (talk) 12:14, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
