This has been removed several times by users on various grounds including that it's sourced to an opinion article, not notable here, and WP:UNDUE. It is being repeatedly added by an IP user. I am not the one who is edit warring. I have added legitimate, documented biographical facts to the biography of Charles M. Blow. Someone is repeatedly reverting my work. That party is the one who is edit warring.
Weak reasons are given for reverting my work. The fact that is story was not front page news in the major media is irrelevant. Something else huge could have happened that day. Some editors don't want to publish negative stories about liberals. Yes, I don't have a link to the Los Angeles Times article about this. I do have the link to the exact fact, the Twitter feed in which Mr. Blow made his bigoted remarks.
The other objection raised by someone (who is edit warring against me by repeatedly reverting my work) is that this story doesn't justify half of a biography. First, Mr. Blow's biography is kind of thin. He hasn't done much. So a single paragraph about his bigoted remarks is still just a single paragraph. Second, look at the wikipedia monograph on Don Imus. Huge section on his "nappy headed hos" comment about the Rutgers women's basketball team. The section on Mr. Imus' bigoted remarks occupies about half the page space of his biography.
What I added to Charles M. Blow's biography was not out of line. Someone is repeatedly executing a deletion. I am merely restoring my legitimate, sourced, documented work. I am not the edit warrer here.

This violates WP:UNDUE. It's a minor incident that appears to have had little impact. We're not a tabloid, so unless you can demonstrate that this is one of the main events in Mr. Blow's life, it shouldn't be that prominent in the article. AniMate 20:04, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
