If I may ask... what is a "horn acoustic piano"?

A very good article, but I think the source of this page are not noted or linked, because this is a literally translated article from the Dutch wikipedia Charles Rochester Young which was earlier written by myself (25 okt 2009 17:27)! Please remark this article accordingly. Thank You. Best wishes Nlkalwien --217.250.193.58 (talk) 15:01, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to express my informed opinion that the 'notability' criterion for this article should be regarded as met, and that the tab should be removed. (However, the article should be credited to its author as indicated in the above post.) Charles Rochester Young's work 'Tempered Steel' is being performed by the Boston University Wind Ensemble in their opening concert of the season. This concert also includes one of my works. I was eager to hear the other works on the programme, and I found them all on Spotify - Tempered Steel is performed by the University of Florida Wind Symphony. [1] (The other works on the program are by Ingolf Dahl, John Harbison, and Peter Graham.) 'Tempered Steel' is a splendid and complex work, beautifully written for a large wind ensemble, and showing profound mastery of technique and form. In any case, the awards which Charles Rochester Young has already received, listed in the article, ought to be sufficient to establish his 'notability.'
