Photo[edit]

I am removing a photo of the duke as it is superfluous. The same photo - enlarged - is in the box.--Brenont (talk) 21:08, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Insane omission[edit]

What'd he die of? It's a glaring omission. Not even a SENTENCE on his death. This doesn't make Wikipedia look good. One's first speculation as to why such an omission might occur is that he died of a venereal disease and Wikipedia is shamefully capitulating to "influence" from a prominent family and keeping it quiet. If that is what is going on, note my protest that it's not what a reputable encyclopedia does. Or did he die by suicide? Same thing. Say so. Don't bow to pressure. If on the other hand his death is NOT scandalous, merely omitted without a political reason, it's not a COMPETENT look for you even though it might not be a MACHIAVELLIAN one.2603:7000:9906:A91C:1C64:8308:33BC:E2D6 (talk) 00:14, 26 June 2021 (UTC)Christopher L. Do you have any reliable sources we can use for his death? Or are you just speculating wildly? DuncanHill (talk) 00:25, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
May I add the question: "Where did he die?"? Unreliable sources differ: familysearch.org says London; wikitree.com says Blenheim Palace. Philip Trueman (talk) 04:12, 16 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
